Consultancy

Our consultancy services can help your project get started and completed to schedule. If you are running into issues, we can step in and reset the project to achieve completion. Advice on who needs to be involved is part of the service, as is managing and delivering change successfully.

GRIP methodology

Our delivery team is led by highly experienced rail contract and project managers, who are well versed in Network Rail’s GRIP methodology. With involvement from early on in scheme development, we deliver projects on time and to budget.

Knowledge

Our delivery staff know how to build and they ensure that the right people are in the right roles. Technical issues are sorted out promptly and key documentation such as Health & Safety documents, Work Package Plans, Safe Systems of Work Packs and other required documents are of the highest quality.
